Below are some of the most commonly requested packages with pricing. You wont find many other companies listing their prices because theirs are on a sliding scale. Though we are not the least expensive we are certain that the value in quality we furnish our clients with far exceeds that of others in our field. There is a level of quality that only experience can bring and Party Perfect NYC proudly boasts over seventeen years of private event and NYC nightclub experience! ***all package pricing is based on a 4 hour time period for events in Nassau and western Suffolk counties. Package pricing is non negotiable. We can also create a package custom to your event and event space. ***Package pricing does not apply to Weddings, Corporate Events, events in New York City, New Jersey or Connecticut as well as events held aboard boats. A modest adjustment is applied for these events and locations.

This is our BASIC PACKAGE #2.  This package adds an additional PPNYC entertainer to back up the DJ/MC while he interacts with the crowd as well as sub woofer to really provide that dance floor feeling. 

**  This is the lowest priced package available for venues that require vendors to use stairs to load in.

PACKAGE #3 is by far our greatest value adding a TV screen that displays the 300 pictures we take at your event.  After your event all of the photos taken are given to you on disk and they are posted to our website for all your guests to view and download for free.  The TV screen is also used to play music videos, digital billboards, ambient screen savers and a DVD montage which can be produced by PPNYC for an additional charge.

PACKAGE #4 is our most popular package giving you the best of everything without going over the top and without breaking the bank.  You get the TV screen that displays the 300 pictures we take at your event.  After your event all of the photos taken are given to you on disk and they are posted to our website for all your guests to view and download for free.  You get the night club sound system, 2 custom programmed intelligent lights and the color changing DJ booth.  The TV screen and intelligent lights are securely mounted on our over head truss up to 15’ high.  We also use 2 color changing up lights behind the DJ booth that make the DJ area glow and change colors slowly and randomly all night long.

PACKAGE #5 turns your catering halls dance floor into a night club.  You get the night club sound system and 4 custom programmed intelligent lights on our over head trussing up to 15’ high.  These lights are slowly scanning the ceiling/wall crease during main course and speeches lending to color changing glow and ambience that screams party.  When its time to dance, the intelligent lights scan and strobe the dance floor, walls and ceiling like a night club.You get the TV screen that displays the 300 pictures we take at your event.  After your event all of the photos taken are given to you on disk and they are posted to our website for all your guests to view and download for free.  We also use 2 color changing up lights behind the DJ booth that make the DJ area glow and change color all night long.

Package #6.  This package adds a second TV screen and down sizes from 4 intelligent lights mounted over head to 2 intelligent lights mounted above the TV screens.  For this package we use white wrapped color changing 8 ft upright truss sections to securely mount our TV screens.  After your event all of the photos taken are given to you on disk and they are posted to our website for all your guests to view and download for free.  The TV screen is also used to play a DVD montage which can be produced by PPNYC for an additional charge.
